   We walk your home with you, on the roof, around every window, and along every wall, and take photos of what we find. Then we ask about your goals: storm protection, energy savings, curb appeal, budget, timeline.

   We educate and give you options

   We explain the products, the trade-offs, and what Florida code requires versus what we'd recommend. We educate and provide options. We don't preach one solution or pressure.

   You get a clear, written proposal

   Product, installation, permit, warranty, and total price, all in writing, including how things like rotted wood are priced. 0% financing and low monthly payment options are available for qualified homeowners. Take all the time you need.

   We measure, order, and permit

   Once you approve, we do a final field measure and you sign off before anything is ordered. We pull the permit and keep you posted on product arrival and your install date.

   • Roofing and siding can usually start within a few weeks, depending on your county's permitting requirements

   Install day, done right

   Our crew shows up when promised, protects your floors and landscaping, and cleans up every day. Steve oversees every install, and you'll get updates by text, call, or email.
