You get a written proposal that lists the product, the installation, and the permit. After you approve it, we do an official field measure and you sign off on each window before we place the order. That's how the number you agreed to stays the number you pay. No "today only" pricing, ever.
We protect your floors before the first window comes out and clean up every day, like it's our mom's house. We remove and dispose of your old windows and doors. Every opening is waterproofed and sealed to manufacturer and Florida code requirements, then checked on a final walkthrough with you.
Every Red Sky window crew is led by an in-house, W-2 master carpenter with thousands of installations of experience. They're our team, trained our way and accountable to us. Co-founder Steve Harvey, with 17+ years in construction, oversees the installs. And every customer gets the owners' cell numbers, because if you're not happy, we're not happy.
Once your windows are built, we set an install date with you and keep you updated at every step by text, call, or email. Most projects are finished in a single day. Larger homes are worked on consecutive days until the job is done, so you're never left with open walls.

No. Plenty of homeowners start with the most exposed openings or a sliding door and do the rest later. We'll help you plan it in a way that makes sense.
Yes. We pull the permit, schedule the final inspection, and install every job to the Florida Building Code requirements for your area.
Not everywhere. HVHZ (High-Velocity Hurricane Zone) is Florida's strictest standard, and it's only required in certain parts of the state. When your home is in one of those areas, we install to HVHZ to meet code. Even where it isn't required, most of the windows and doors we recommend still meet HVHZ standards, because we'd want that protection on our own families' homes.
Every installation comes with our 10-year labor and workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer's product warranty.
