South Tampa · Hillsborough CountySouth Tampa is our priority market, and it's minutes from our Rocky Point office. Palma Ceia, Bayshore Beautiful, Sunset Park, Virginia Park, Ballast Point, Beach Park, Culbreath: the homes here range from 1920s bungalows to brand-new two-story builds. A lot of them sit close to the bay.
South Tampa homes are inside city limits, so permits go through the City of Tampa's Construction Services Division. We pull the permit, schedule inspections, and meet the inspector.
Much of South Tampa is close to Hillsborough Bay and Old Tampa Bay. Under the Florida Building Code, homes within one mile of the coast where the design wind speed is 130 mph or more, or anywhere it is 140 mph or more, sit in the wind-borne debris region. There, glass openings must be impact-rated or protected by approved shutters. We confirm your address's design wind speed when we pull the permit.
Parts of South Tampa fall inside the Hyde Park local historic district, where exterior changes need a Certificate of Appropriateness before a permit is issued. We check your address first.
Many homes still have original window openings, older stucco, and roofs that have been patched more than once. We inspect the attic before quoting so the price reflects what's really there.

Shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs, with an attic inspection before every quote.

Impact windows, sliders, and entry and French doors, installed by our in-house master carpenters.

Lap, board-and-batten, and shingle siding, with trim, soffit, and fascia.
